Terms and Policies

Wood Floor Samples

• Available unstained and unfinished, 8 x 8, for $5.25 each
• Add an additional $5.25 if you prefer stained and finished samples
• Fees will be deducted from total price if an order is placed

Square footage

We can calculate square footage for you using a set of plans or accurate floor dimensions. We typically recommend allowing 10% overage for waste during installation.

Lead time

Lead time is a reality when working with a natural product such as antique or longleaf pine. We strive to meet all customer deadlines, but do request you talk with us as early in your decision making process as possible – this allows us to either hold or locate the perfect wood for your project. Please call if you have a special request or rush order.

Payment & Delivery

Deposits and final payments can be made with cash, check or most major credit cards; deposit amount and payment schedule depends upon the scope of the project. We work with each client prior to order placement regarding payment.

Our wood is shipped in bundles ready to be unloaded; customers need to provide two or more people to unload the wood unless specific prior arrangements have been made. We include a checklist with all shipped orders. Please use the checklist to verify the number of bundles/amount of wood as the wood is being unloaded.
